Berry Hill Farm stands as grand as ever! After several years of quiet repose, the 1820 year-old farmhouse was newly acquired. The quaint, off-the-grid lodge– now known as The Wild Fern Lodge –was sold off as a single property and is no longer offered as part of the Berry Hill Farm experience.
The home’s exterior, as well as the gardens and cottage updates, are well underway.
Berry Hill Farm is based in the Leatherstocking Region of New York state. Situated on a hilltop overlooking miles of rural beauty, the farm practices sustainable living, organic farming without the use of pesticides and herbicides, and use NON-GMO feed for our livestock.
Guests can enjoy delicious, organic-based breakfasts in a friendly, informal atmosphere. We make every effort to use fresh fruits in season, organic dairy, pasture raised chicken eggs, and organic pork products. Comfortable antiques, a wood burning stove, and all-natural luxury linens can be found throughout. In addition, we offer wedding and special event venues too! The farm is the perfect backdrop for your most cherished, memorable moments.
