Buttercup Bakery and Culinary Center is a vertical food business. The center offers baked goods, catering, afternoon-tea events, cooking classes and agri-tourism services. It is owned/managed by Andrea Skolnick, who has learned the food business from top NYC chefs and also living in France and Italy. She believes in providing her clients with the best food and service, and she is hands-on in creating authentic food experiences.
